Project Overview
The Old Stables Business Centre is a redevelopment of a former stable block attached to Long Eaton Town Hall, redesigned to provide small offices and shared facilities for small businesses in Long Eaton.
The project’s M&E consultant, Baily Garner, specificed electric underfloor heating products for the project. As Gaia is an approved installer of electric underfloor heating systems, we were asked to support the project from design to commissioning.
As this was a retrofit project, floor build-up was kept to a minimum – the solution provided a thin underfloor heating system at just 13mm, including insulation.
Our expert team supported our client – Ken Burrows Ltd – with meetings throughout the project, collaborating with Baily Garner to ensure the underfloor heating for the project was delivered efficiently and effectively.
