Project Overview
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) are responsible for providing 24-hour fire and rescue support for the county of West Yorkshire, which serves a population of over two million people.
Previously based at the Grade II listed Oakroyd Hall, WYFRS appointed Willmott Dixon to build new headquarters, a training centre and a fire station as part of wider modernisation plans for West Yorkshire fire stations.
We were appointed by M&E provider Heb Group to provide the design, supply and installation of underfloor heating for this project.
Our team delivered a wet underfloor heating system for the 189m2 project, installing wet underfloor heating pipe into screed.
The system we installed will provide the WYFRS HQ with cost-effective and energy-efficient warmth.
