Our team have been helping to inspire the next generation by supporting Chase New Homes at their recent Careers Event.

Last week, our colleagues Jenny O’Connor (Senior Account Manager) and Dearna Keogh (Contracts Manager) attended a careers event at Queen Elizabeth’s Girls’ School in Barnet, hosted by Chase New Homes as part of their commitment to supporting the local community at Cricklewood.

Alongside a range of businesses like The Met Police, photographers and housing developers, Jenny and Dearna spoke to over 200 students in small groups about their careers at Gaia, including what their roles involve, the skills they use every day and the paths they’ve taken to get there.

It was inspiring for our colleagues to see the students’ curiosity and confidence about the variety of roles out there for them.
