Project Overview
Whitelocke House is a residential apartment building in Hounslow, West London, featuring a mix of studio and one-bedroom properties.
Originally an office building, the property underwent an upwards extension and was converted into a residential dwelling with 34 new apartments.
Our experienced Gaia team were approached by contractors working on Whitelocke House to assist with specifying and delivering an all-electric heating solution for the property.
As the project was a renovation, minimal impact on existing floor heights was vital, removing the need for additional work prior to installation.
We supplied and installed our GaiaMat electric underfloor heating systems throughout the apartments, complete with fully programmable thermostats for each room.
This provided every home within the building with high-output, low-profile zoned heating which can be easily controlled to ensure optimised system performance.
Our experienced team also provided guidance from the concept stage through to aftercare, ensuring the installation process was delivered as smoothly as possible.
