Project Overview
After successfully completing an underfloor heating installation for Hambridge Homes in Croydon, we were instructed to carry out the underfloor heating works at Pearsall Terrace.
Our expert team delivered the design, supply and installation of wet underfloor heating systems to be used in all six homes alongside air source heat pumps.
This included wet underfloor heating pipes clipped into screed to GF, complete with insulation and Gaia Smart Controls. Also, for the upper floors of the house, we provided a bespoke aluminium plate system for 600mm joists – the standard is typically 400mm centres.
Our flexible in-house installation team worked to Hambridge Homes’ build programme, installing the system on the first and second floors of all six plots on a continuous programme.
We then returned to complete the ground floors of all six plots, installing insulation and flow screed to deliver a complete package.
